Walkstack is designed to process account details, pet-care information, authorized household and caregiver relationships, service schedules and updates, consent choices, payment-related records, and—in features where a user chooses to enable them—location and photos. Access is intended to be limited to the account holder and the people they authorize for care.

Walkstack does not sell personal information. The final policy will identify the data controller, processors, retention periods, state-specific rights, deletion/export process, children’s-data position, contact address, and current effective date.
