Before public launch, these terms must be reviewed and approved by Thought Garden Labs LLC and qualified counsel. This is a pre-launch framework, not a final agreement.

Walkstack supports coordination between independent pet-care providers and people who authorize them. It does not itself provide veterinary care, emergency response, insurance, employment, or a guarantee of a provider’s services. Walkers are responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses, insurance, client agreements, and emergency procedures for their own business.

Walker membership is an auto-renewable App Store subscription. The final terms will contain the complete subscription disclosure, eligibility, permitted-use rules, dispute process, limitation of liability, governing-law selection, and effective date.
